"Founded in 1917, this large green space - part botanical garden and part wildlife habitat - is an engaging contrast to the busy city center. Most of the fragments that are now on display were discovered at the end of the 19th century. The daunting pillars were extracted from the Roman Bathhouse’s exercise hall and stood tall at 6ft initially in support of the stonework."
