Actually, most of the photo locations in Manchester are located very close to each other, so at no point, you have to walk for more than 20-25 minutes. However, there are free buses in Manchester, so if it rains, you can definitely hop on one and head to Manchester Cathedral."

"84 Plymouth Grove is known now as Elizabeth Gaskell's House, a small museum dedicated to Victorian literature and life. The Grade II listed neoclassical villa was once the residence of William and Elizabeth Gaskell, Manchester's most famous Victorian writer, and the rooms have been preserved to showcase her life. There is also a scenic garden, which has been planted to detail the sort of garden the Gaskells would have had back in the day."

"Preston North End's Deepdale Stadium is located just outside of the city centre, opposite the scenic Moor Park. The attraction is an important heritage sight for those who are avid football fans and draws in visitors from all around. Brimming with history, the stadium is the site of the Dick, Kerr Ladies' first football game and is home to the famous Sir Tom Finney statue."

"St. Ann’s Church is a Grade I listed, 18th century temple located in front of St. Ann’s Square, at the heart of Manchester’s shopping district, where the fashionable shopping avenues of New Cathedral Street and Barton Arcade converge. The church was consecrated at this spot in 1712, when Manchester was little more than a rural parish town. Named after St. Anne, the church’s shortened name is a reference to Lady Ann Bland who was its first patron."

"Warrington Town Hall was built in 1750, and listed as a Grade I building nearly 200 years later, in 1949. The hall consists of a country house designed by James Gibbs for Thomas Patten - originally called Bank Hall - with two detached wings, all of which are listed. THe Patten family were highly respected merchants in Warrington, having made the River Mersey passable from Runcorn to Bank Quay, and owning a copper smelting factory."

"Constructed in 1750, Warrington’s graceful Town Hall was originally a mansion known as Bank Hall. This Palladian residence, with a pediment sporting the coat of arms of the Pattens, was built for Thomas Patten, whose family was in the copper smelting business. Bank Hall was sold to Warrington Borough Council by John Wilson-Patten 1870 and its grounds became Warrington’s first public park."

"Located just down the road from our Peel Park campus, this lovely little place combines art with coffee, tea and cake. The tea room offers a very relaxed atmosphere, as well as daily home-baked cakes, while the upstairs gallery is home to six week long exhibitions with work by local artists, including some from Salford students. Hot drinks are reasonably priced and the decor is stunning."

The venue itself is set next to the famous Manchester Cathedral with views that look across towards Salford. "This 13th-century church about a mile north of Macclesfield is the fourth church on this site. But what’s unusual is that the third church is still here, out among Medieval yew trees. There’s a Norman Romanesque chapel in the churchyard, dating to the 12th century, with semi-circular door and window arches and weathered but visible tympanum relief and lozenge patterns in the archivolts."
